氣固光熱耦合催化反應系統

氣固光熱(re)耦合催化反應系統,光(guang)熱(re)(re)耦合(he)(he)催(cui)化(hua)(hua)生(sheng)物質制(zhi)備(bei)航(hang)(hang)空(kong)煤(mei)油用(yong)(yong)多(duo)元/復(fu)(fu)合(he)(he)半導體(ti)(ti)(ti)光(guang)催(cui)化(hua)(hua)材料(liao)(liao)(liao)及其制(zhi)備(bei)方法與(yu)應用(yong)(yong),所述方法利(li)用(yong)(yong)多(duo)元/復(fu)(fu)合(he)(he)半導體(ti)(ti)(ti)光(guang)催(cui)化(hua)(hua)材料(liao)(liao)(liao)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)光(guang)熱(re)(re)耦合(he)(he)催(cui)化(hua)(hua)生(sheng)物質制(zhi)備(bei)航(hang)(hang)空(kong)煤(mei)油,其步(bu)驟包(bao)括:液(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)物質制(zhi)備(bei)、多(duo)相混(hun)合(he)(he)、光(guang)熱(re)(re)耦合(he)(he)催(cui)化(hua)(hua)反應、航(hang)(hang)空(kong)煤(mei)油精(jing)煉(lian)。本(ben)發明(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)能(neng)源(yuan)和(he)原料(liao)(liao)(liao)均來自豐富的(de)(de)自然資源(yuan),遴選(xuan)含(han)有(you)不(bu)飽和(he)鍵的(de)(de)生(sheng)物質全(quan)部替代或部分替代氫(qing)(qing)(qing)氣作為(wei)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系的(de)(de)供氫(qing)(qing)(qing)體(ti)(ti)(ti),避免或降(jiang)低了(le)氫(qing)(qing)(qing)氣成本(ben)高、易(yi)爆(bao)炸、保(bao)存難(nan)、消耗大等不(bu)足;采用(yong)(yong)光(guang)熱(re)(re)耦合(he)(he)催(cui)化(hua)(hua)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系及構建新(xin)型光(guang)催(cui)化(hua)(hua)材料(liao)(liao)(liao),彌補單一光(guang)催(cui)化(hua)(hua)材料(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)不(bu)足與(yu)缺陷,最大程度地提升(sheng)光(guang)能(neng)利(li)用(yong)(yong)率(lv)和(he)產品(pin)得率(lv),具有(you)明(ming)(ming)顯的(de)(de)技術進(jin)(jin)步(bu)性和(he)實際應用(yong)(yong)前景。

北京世紀森朗實驗儀器有限公司在UC100氣固光熱耦合催化反應系統上的設計經驗做出的設計,本套氣固光熱耦合催化反應系統配合相關光源系統能夠開展太陽能驅動的光熱耦合水基CO2催化還原及CO2和CH4耦合重整等反應的相關研究工作,設備能夠完成能源清潔轉化利用科研課題提供良好的基礎支撐。

光熱耦合催化(hua)生物(wu)質(zhi)制備(bei)航空煤油系統,配置五路(lu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)路(lu)進料(氬(ya)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、氫氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、一(yi)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)碳、二氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)碳、甲烷)系統,質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)控(kong)制計(ji)品(pin)牌(pai):北(bei)京*公司,氬(ya)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)控(kong)制計(ji)量(liang)(liang)程0.1-100.0ml/min,氫氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、一(yi)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)碳、二氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)碳、甲烷此四路(lu)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)控(kong)制計(ji)量(liang)(liang)程0.01-30.00ml/min,并帶有控(kong)制功(gong)能。每(mei)路(lu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)路(lu)經過濾器(qi)過濾,減壓(ya)閥穩壓(ya)后(hou)通(tong)過質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)控(kong)制計(ji)控(kong)制在目標流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)下經緩沖罐(guan)混合后(hou)進入(ru)反(fan)應釜反(fan)應,每(mei)路(lu)進氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管線(xian)在質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)計(ji)處均設計(ji)有旁路(lu)保護管線(xian)。

此套氣(qi)(qi)固光(guang)熱(re)耦合(he)催化(hua)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)系統外觀見(jian)設計圖(tu),共分(fen)為八個組成單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan),分(fen)別為:1.反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)釜);2.AR反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(進(jin)氣(qi)(qi)部(bu)分(fen))控制(zhi)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan);3.CO2反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(進(jin)氣(qi)(qi)部(bu)分(fen))控制(zhi)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan);4.H2反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(進(jin)氣(qi)(qi)部(bu)分(fen))控制(zhi)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan);5.CH4反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(進(jin)氣(qi)(qi)部(bu)分(fen))控制(zhi)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan);6.CO反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(進(jin)氣(qi)(qi)部(bu)分(fen))控制(zhi)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)及混合(he)增壓單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)7.反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)液體(ti)(ti)(ti)控制(zhi)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(進(jin)料(liao)(liao)部(bu)分(fen))預留;8.反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)檢測(ce)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)預留。五路氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)進(jin)料(liao)(liao)均采用(yong)流量(liang)計控制(zhi),AR反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)量(liang)程是100ml/min,另4路氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)量(liang)程是30ml/min,控制(zhi)精度±1F.S。為保證實(shi)驗的安全運(yun)行,裝置控制(zhi)系統具有超溫、超壓的聲、光(guang)報警(jing)功能,并能自動切斷(duan)設備供(gong)電和停(ting)止相(xiang)關供(gong)料(liao)(liao)等;

氣固光熱耦合(he)催化反(fan)應系統,控(kong)(kong)(kong)制方式采用(yong)(yong)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)模塊電腦控(kong)(kong)(kong)制系(xi)統軟(ruan)件(jian),通過電腦軟(ruan)件(jian)系(xi)統監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)軟(ruan)件(jian)設(she)定(ding)參(can)數(shu)(shu),裝置流量、溫度和壓力(li)利用(yong)(yong)電腦軟(ruan)件(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制和記錄,便于試驗數(shu)(shu)據存儲(chu)、查(cha)詢和處理。參(can)數(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(溫度、壓力(li))超過高限報警值,發出聲(sheng)光(guang)報警提示,加熱元件(jian)進(jin)行(xing)安全聯鎖(suo)斷電保護(hu);整(zheng)體設(she)備布局為標準落地(di)式,整(zheng)體框架(jia)為鋁合金材質,工藝(yi)設(she)備、閥門和管道要可拆卸,裝置要安全可靠、密封嚴密、控(kong)(kong)(kong)制準確、操作方便;
