高溫高壓電化學(xue)靜(jing)態腐蝕反(fan)應釜(fu),適用于,高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)高(gao)(gao)壓,電(dian)(dian)化(hua)學,動態或(huo)靜態的反應體系中(zhong),對試樣的腐(fu)蝕測試,多(duo)用于金(jin)屬(shu)、橡膠(jiao)、和(he)新型的材料(liao)體系。由高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)高(gao)(gao)壓反應釜、電(dian)(dian)化(hua)學工作(zuo)站、三電(dian)(dian)極(ji)及控制系統(tong)組(zu)成(cheng),在實(shi)驗(yan)過程中(zhong),有實(shi)驗(yan)會加入光(guang)化(hua)化(hua)進行(xing)綜合測試。
三電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)為(wei):工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)、參比電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)及對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)。工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(Work Electrode,WE),又(you)稱為(wei)研究電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji),是(shi)指所(suo)研究的反(fan)應在(zai)該電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上(shang)發(fa)生(sheng),也(ye)就是(shi)響(xiang)應的物(wu)質在(zai)這(zhe)個電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上(shang)發(fa)生(sheng)反(fan)應。一般而言,工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)的材(cai)料既可以(yi)是(shi)固體,又(you)可以(yi)是(shi)液體。常用的工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)材(cai)料有:玻碳電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)、鉑(Pt)、金(Au)、銀(Ag)、鉛(qian)(Pb)、導電(dian)(dian)(dian)玻璃(li)(ITO)、汞(Hg)等。對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(Counter Electrode、CE)又(you)稱為(wei)輔助電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)。輔助電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)和工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)組成回路,使工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上(shang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流暢(chang)通,以(yi)保證(zheng)所(suo)研究的反(fan)應在(zai)工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上(shang)發(fa)生(sheng)。
當(dang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)電極(ji)(ji)上發生(sheng)氧化(hua)或(huo)還原反(fan)應時,對電極(ji)(ji)上可以安排為氣體(ti)的析出反(fan)應,或(huo)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)電極(ji)(ji)反(fan)應的逆反(fan)應,從而(er)使得電解(jie)液的組成成分不變。對電極(ji)(ji)的性(xing)能一般(ban)不影響(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)電極(ji)(ji)上的反(fan)應。
