聲(sheng)光報警配置

 LightChem系列光電化學藍寶石(shi)反(fan)應釜, 視窗(chuang)材質采用(yong)藍寶石(shi)玻璃,可視直徑(jing)40MM。電化學電極(ji)標配三電極(ji)體(ti)系:工作電極(ji),參比電極(ji),輔助電極(ji)。溫度250度。壓力(li)10Mpa、20Mpa、30Mpa可選。世紀(ji)森(sen)朗MRSC-LC反(fan)應釜控制系統V1.06,可以實(shi)現對反(fan)應釜的加熱(re)、冷卻、攪拌、程(cheng)序(xu)編(bian)程(cheng)、數(shu)據采集等諸多控制功能。  

1、 MRSC-LC-D反應釜控制系(xi)統V1.06控溫(wen)檢測:

液晶顯示(shi)屏三色LCD智能控(kong)制儀,同(tong)時檢(jian)測釜內溫度(du)(du)和釜壁溫度(du)(du)。并(bing)進行連(lian)鎖控(kong)制,任何一路超過(guo)設(she)定(ding)值均不會加(jia)熱(re),并(bing)且可以自(zi)行設(she)定(ding)加(jia)熱(re)速率。這樣有效防止了溫度(du)(du)過(guo)沖(chong),非(fei)常(chang)適(shi)合反應(ying)溫度(du)(du)低于150度(du)(du)的實驗(yan)和需要(yao)限制一些超過(guo)臨界溫度(du)(du)值會產(chan)生爆炸或分解的反應(ying)物質。

2、高(gao)溫磁子(zi)強力攪(jiao)拌,可配置槳式機械攪(jiao)拌方式:

光電(dian)聯(lian)合催化反應釜采用稀土(tu)材(cai)料強力磁鐵,攪拌(ban)力矩大大提(ti)升。直流無刷電(dian)機(ji)使攪拌(ban)壽命理(li)論上可(ke)以達到10年(nian)以上而不(bu)需更換磨損部(bu)件。轉速可(ke)以由0-1500轉/分自由設定(ding),且不(bu)失轉。

3、聲光雙重報警(jing)系(xi)統:

溫度或壓力報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)后(hou)(hou)均(jun)會(hui)觸發報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing),報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)后(hou)(hou)相關報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)點顯示為(wei)紅(hong)色并(bing)(bing)且閃(shan)爍。控制(zhi)器內(nei)置交流(liu)接觸器,控制(zhi)加熱(re)電(dian)源開關。報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)同時加熱(re)自(zi)動停(ting)止。連鎖控制(zhi)后(hou)(hou),此報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)需人為(wei)檢查后(hou)(hou)找到故(gu)障原因后(hou)(hou)方(fang)可手動恢復(fu)。(也(ye)可設(she)定為(wei)自(zi)動恢復(fu)加熱(re))并(bing)(bing)可選配可燃氣體報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)系統(tong)。

4、模(mo)塊化加熱(re)設計:

光(guang)電聯(lian)合(he)催化反(fan)應(ying)釜不同(tong)的容積(ji)的反(fan)應(ying)釜可以共用(yong)控制底(di)盤,相同(tong)外徑的釜體可以共用(yong)加(jia)熱器(qi)。從而大大節省了經費。并且加(jia)熱器(qi)外殼設有專(zhuan)用(yong)防燙護罩(zhao),防止客戶燙傷(shang)。

     a、氣(qi)體(ti)報警(jing)系統:配備氣(qi)體(ti)報警(jing)系統后,可燃氣(qi)體(ti)報警(jing)后會聯動(dong)反應(ying)釜控制器報警(jing),并且加(jia)熱自(zi)動(dong)停止(zhi)。

     b、壓力顯(xian)(xian)示(控(kong)制)模塊(kuai):壓力顯(xian)(xian)示模塊(kuai)包(bao)含壓力傳感(gan)器、連接電纜、智能顯(xian)(xian)示控(kong)制器。壓力控(kong)制模塊(kuai)額(e)外添加氣(qi)動背壓閥及電子(zi)壓力控(kong)制器。壓力范圍視反應(ying)釜耐(nai)壓配置(zhi)。

     c 、冷卻(que)模塊(kuai):可以選配氣動冷卻(que)模塊(kuai)快速冷卻(que)釜壁溫度。包含電(dian)纜、電(dian)磁閥、及管線。

     d、選配數據(ju)通(tong)訊電纜及數據(ju)采集(ji)軟件。可以實現對(dui)光電聯(lian)合催化磁(ci)力反(fan)(fan)應(ying)釜反(fan)(fan)應(ying)溫度、釜壁(bi)溫度和壓力的采集(ji)。

  e、相關數據可(ke)以動態回(hui)放(fang),可(ke)以同時(shi)記錄所有數據,并(bing)可(ke)以為(wei)反應釜配套系統(tong)添(tian)加額(e)外的保溫伴(ban)熱(re)模(mo)塊或(huo)壓力(li)顯示模(mo)塊。數據可(ke)以轉換(huan)為(wei)excel表格,方便(bian)客戶進行二次圖表處理。
